Great place for pizza. Above average quality of flavor of their pizza. you will enjoy, but they don't handle rough times well. plan to leave for your order if there's a lot of people. but surely patience for their pizza is a virtue. it's well worth the wait. Call and order ahead.

found this gem while visiting for a steeler game. amazing!!! pizza was great. sandi at the register was amazing and very knowledgeable with everything on the menu. we got the lobster bisque. so good!!! with chunks of lobster. pepperoni slice and the pittsburgh sub which was soooo good!! and huge!! must try this place out!

If you are in downtown. Must visit place to get tradition pizza. Staff was very helpful and pizza was insanely tasty. The other thing is the Heinz ketchup, hahaha! Idk but it was different from what we get anywhere, maybe because it is the birthplace of Heinz Ketchup?

Rating five stars because of the curled pepperoni, outstanding ingredients, and the fact they're actually open the hours that a pizza shop should be! My kids rate this in top five pizzas ever and I'm not going to argue. Consistent quality any day, all day. If you're thrown off by the interior or the people, you don't understand the intentional curated experience that Parma is going for. Grab a pie, a drink, and enjoy!
