We stopped by Lemma Coffee Co. after dinner, and this review is focused mainly on my coffee order. My wife had an Americano with milk and sugar and didn’t have any complaints. I ordered the “Both Ways,” which comes with drip coffee and a side espresso. The issue came down to the featured espresso bean "Ethiopian Banko Chelchele". The aroma was extremely off-putting, far beyond what you’d expect from a bold or complex espresso. It had a harsh, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to enjoy at all. Absolutely love this craft coffee shop. Coffee is top notch (Cortado, pour overs, specialty drinks - Bourbon Pecan Latte/Pumpkin Spice Latte/Strawberry Coconut Matcha and more!). Food is also awesome with some good Gluten-free options, toasts, sandwiches… The baristas always greet you, are welcoming and remember your name + order. If you haven’t checked this spot out go now. FYI they open at 7:00AM weekdays and 8:00AM Weekends.
