This is our first time at Lima Tavern, and it won’t be the last. We found it through the AAdvantage Dining Program, and we can’t be any happier. If you like authentic Peruvian cuisine, don’t miss it. The food was excellent! We started with the Papas a la Huancaina, a classic, five stars. I ordered the Tallarines Verdes con Asado (Peruvian Pesto Noodles with Steak), and it was delicious. César, our server, told us that it takes time because everything is prepared fresh, so the wait was super worth it. My wife ordered a Quinoa Salad with Chicken; she really liked it. We didn’t know quinoa origin
