I arrived at the drive through this evening 7/5 @ around 9pm-ish. I ordered a 10 piece spicy chicken nugget meal, large sized with a large pineapple mango lemonade & ranch, a #6 also large size with a large strawberry lemonade, a crispy chicken sandwich, a bacon cheeseburger & another large strawberry lemonade. I spoke slowly & clearly. When I got to the window a young man looked at me & without saying a word held out his hand for my card. He returned my card & still said not one word to me. Came here Sunday afternoon, sign on door said drive thru only. Pulled up to the speaker and after sitting for at least 3 minutes of complete silence I ask "are you guys open?" I barely could hear a response and we somehow got the order in. Had to ask what the total was. The girl gave us our food then stared at me for at least thirty seconds. She said "youre finished". Hands down best customer service I’ve had at a fast food in a long time. This my first time at this location and I definitely will be back. My food was hot and fresh And the manager that took my order was so pleasant and patient with me. Good location

The Spanish manager and the whole night crew on the weekday Monday is so sweet and amazing, even though the food took about 10 mins to come out they gave us extra food just because they cooked more! Highly recommend and good tastes fresh, not extra.
