Stopped in to pick up an order today around 4 pm. It was busy — Even though I had to wait, I had observed a team working together to get the orders out. There is a lot of work to do in a short amount of time. I know I couldn’t not do as good of a job as they were doing. Today I appreciate employees showing up to work and working hard. These are great skills that will benefit them through their life.

I was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes for what is supposed to be to be ahot and ready pepperoni and cheese puffs. I asked if I could reciive a garlic sauce for compensation for my wait, and was told no. Bad business. Lost a sale and future sales for me.

I had them make my order 3 times and each time they got it wrong. My order was already paid for and I was convinced that if I had them remake it a forth time, someone in the back would just spit in my food. So, I just took the poorly made order home. I'm convinced lazy and incompetent people work at this location.
