The food is what it is, no surprises there. The service was not good. They seemed to forget that people not only order through the on-site big screens or online but by actually standing there by the counter. There were three people in line me included waiting to order at the counter for a long time. One of them left. I did stay. I understood that the volume of the other orders was huge and I'm also patient. The thing was there was no acknowledgement from the workers that we were there waiting at all. We are so into screens and online stuff that we forget about the actual people in front of us.

2 people infront of me were sent to waiting spots. Then 3 people behind me. 6 people in line and they didn’t serve a single person at the window. I ordered one wrap and a tea and im sitting in the parking lot. Every single car in my picture including the rear view mirror pictures are waiting for food.

Extremely long wait times, easily double that of other McDonald's drive throughs, and consistently slow no matter which shift or how busy they appear to be. Regularly waiting for 5+ minutes to be spoken to despite being the only car at the drive through. I often end up leaving the line after 5 minutes of no cars moving to pick up actually fast fast food.

I only went here because my daughter wanted to. This place always takes forever and 9/10 times gets your order wrong anyway. The staff do not care when they mess up and rarely do anything to make it right. I will drive further out of my way or pay more to go anywhere else but here.
