The experience at this location was highly disappointing due to a complete lack of basic cleanliness and very poor service. Upon entering, it was immediately clear that the dining area had not been attended to in quite some time, with sticky floors and several tables covered in leftover food and trash. The staff appeared completely indifferent to the growing line of customers, moving with no sense of urgency and failing to acknowledge guests as they waited to order. We stopped at Wendy's in PF for breakfast. The dining room was really clean, and there's a fireplace with couches that I think really added to the ambience, it was nice to sit and have breakfast with my family. The food was hot and fresh, the customer service was great and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We had our 10 year old with us and we were there during breakfast hours, but he asked if he could have a kids meal and I thought it was really nice that they accommodated him by making him chicken nuggets and fries, I just feel like when people go the extra mile to make a kids day t
