There’s no point in having a drive through when they literally pull every single person into a parking spot and make you wait 20+ minutes for a very small order. I literally just watched them pull 9 NINE cars up and we have all been waiting 20+ minutes not one person has received food yet. Why accept door dash orders at all just to do this. Very annoying very inefficient

Taco bell has to work hard to get a bad rating from me. As long as they get my order right the service gets a middle of the road rating simply because you dont really interact with the employees to order anymore.

My order was not correct. Girl was very rude. Took it back to get corrected but was still wrong. Said I would have to wait a LONG time if I wanted her to go back to get it correct. I was the only drive thru customer waiting in a designated area at that time. The drive thru did get 3 cars in it while she was supposed to be correcting my order. Told her I wanted my $ back so I could leave and wanted to speak to a manager. She had been walking very slow until I said that then she almost ran inside before I could get in there. I got my $. Back and will NOT return to this establishment.
