I usually save my reviews for positive feedback. However, this location has terrible customer service. I come here maybe every other week or a couple times a month. Going to the Prescott Valley location really put into perspective how low quality the service is here. You're never greeted, the kids don't make eye contact and it's clear they want you to get your food and get out. They all seem to have attitudes. This chipotle should be the blueprint for every other chipotle. My home chipotle in mesa, does not compare to the quality of this one! Everything about this location is refreshing, portioning is fantastic, food tastes amazing, and the service was excellent. Overall 6/5 Stars!

The low rating is because: 1) they were out of forks 2) one of the lemonade drinks was out 3) several tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned 4) during slow time when no customer was in line, there were ~ 6 staff standing around talking. If I were the owner, I’d make sure the staff and I had a conversation about customer satisfaction. If I were the manager on duty, I’d make sure someone was running out to get forks and another was out cleaning tables, asking customers if everything was good, keeping the drink station filled and cleaned. Little things make big impressions.

Very clean restaurant. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The food smelled so awesome. However, the line was too long. Maybe next time. UPDATE: I went back and got a steak salad. It is really good, but the server gave me a small amount of steak cubes. I had to dig and dig to find the steak—it was like looking for a prize in a box of Cracker Jacks. They were out of chips and it was only 5:30 PM.
