Also came here for Veterans Day 2025...had the best tasting Big Shack burger that was perfectly cooked. The cashier had friendly world-class vibes running that and delivering the food to all tables. I recently visited Shake Shack and had a disappointing experience due to the way I was treated by a staff member. I understand and respect that vaping may not be allowed inside the restaurant, and I would have had no issue putting my vape away when asked. What upset me was the manner in which the employee addressed me. The request was delivered in a rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional tone that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
