It is always cold inside and so I have to take my food home to eat a warm meal. I hate the fact that the people no longer can control there own heat inside the store. Thus has to change if they want people to eat inside. Although we have tried there new mini taco salads which are very good.

I came in today with my 2 daughters the bathroom was extremely dirty . The lady that was at the register was really polite an cleaned the bathroom right away . When it came to getting your food it will be thrown to you on the counter top in a disrespectful way so hard that your tocos break .The girl did it with every order it was extremely rude.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This wasn't just the worst food that Taco Bell has ever served me. It's the worst food I've been served anywhere. Multiple items were missing from the order. The tacos came with absolutely no meat on them. I live 3 minutes from Taco Bell. All of our food was cold when we got it home. I will never eat Taco Bell again after this experience. Thank you to the employees of Pueblo West Taco Bell for ruining one of my favorite restaurants.

Worst place in pueblo west to get food, actually trash. Every single time we have ordered from this specific taco bell they never fail to get the order wrong. We've had food missing, orders mixed up, and items with the wrong stuff inside. You're better off ordering from the adolfo's than this place.
