Cheap affordable meals. At this day and age, you can get a meal still for 8$. Failrly clean place. Great movile app deals. Restrooms. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating. Fair good and fast service. Vending machine. Plasticware utensils and napkins.

I rarely eat fast food but when I'm craving it, I want it to be gooooodd. People I know have always raved about how they LOVE Wendy's etc ... Now I see why. I don't know about any other Wendy's but this one in particular is spot-on with the consistent, surprising cleanliness (at any time of day or night) & wonderful, wonderful customer service. The food is yummy! It's made in real-time & the quality is impressively of high. I can see why I've only heard good things about Wendy's & why this location specifically has stood throughout many decades.

Every time I come to this location with a mobile order, it takes several minutes for them to find it, and there’s almost always something wrong with the order. It’s happened enough times that it’s become the expectation. They really need to improve their mobile order process and order accuracy.

Drive thru is being worked by a very rude lady who talks over you, answers everything with one word answers, talks to the other employees while talking to me over the speaker and just tries to rush you thru as quickly as possible. Terrible customer service! Fries and nuggets were barely warm and when I got to the window, I had to tell them multiple times not to give me food I didn't order. Terrible experience, not sure why I ever go back there.
