As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of the USA Leaving Sioux Falls to Rapid City I was exhausted and this place was closed to my hotel. I seen Hardee's around the country and now it was my first time to try it I just got a cheese burger and 3 tenders. I would go the tenders again. Staff were nice so good dine in experience. Affordable prices.

The bathroom was very dirty I couldn't wipe due to no toilet paper... and both toilets were clogged, I had to unclog one of the toilets myself to use it. The service wasn't great tried calling back to get ahold of manager, A guy answered and identified himself as Corey said he was manager very rude to me over phone. Called back later a rude lady answered said she was manager she hung up on me also. I called back after awhile and Corey said he couldn't give out her name even though she boldy claim to be a manager. Idk who is actually a manager or worker but what they did was very unprofessiona

We stopped to have a quick stop and have something light to eat. I needed to use the restrooms. But we had a dog so my husband stayed outside with a puppy. Our friends were getting out of cars to come in. and I was getting ready to order, but I needed to use the ladies room. And I was told I had to place my order first before they would allow me to use the ladies room. And I had told them I really need to go and they said you need to place an order first. She was rude did not care so we decided that we were not gonna order our food there and we went someplace else where we had great service. S

Judy is wonderful. She is helpful and pleasant. I have had her before and she is always happy and helpful. Food was good. Biscuits are wonderful. The rest of the staff is helpful and happy as well. This is a special thank you to Judy just for putting a smile in my morning. Thank you! This was the morning on Thursday and at the 5th street restaurant downtown Rapid City.
