I do not write bad reviews on the norm. But what I received was unacceptable. Take note of the receipt. I did not order any drink…. Why was my bag opened, a used chocolate (unsure what liquid) straw and there was melted chocolate ALL IN THE BAG (DID I MENTION THE USED STRAW???). The mystery chocolate liquid seeped through the bag, stained my couch, got all over my food. To top it all off, the avocados were black. Unsure if any of the food was any good since my order was CONTAMINATED BEFORE IT EVEN LEFT THE RESTAURANT. Do better or don’t offer delivery.

Denny's just isn't what it used to be. It's always been one of my favorite breakfast places but it seems to be going down hill. My service was horrible. Kept forgetting things, had a scarf on his head and wasn't really all that attentive(not to my table at least, but I will say he was at every Beck and call for the hurry across from us, so idk🤷🏾‍♀️). The atmosphere was definitely giving old run down dinner vibes. While the food was great, the bathrooms were clean(the lock on my stall was completely missing tho) and the price is always affordable, it's the sacrifices for service and atmospher

we went last night on sunday 12/21 around 9/10pm and we were the only customers, there was only 1 server and prob 1 or 2 cooks and we had 12 people. our server was Bree and she did amazing, she took all 12 orders and remembered everything perfectly without even writing it down! we also got our food out fast and it all tasted so good! she was sweet and funny too :)

Mrs. Annie is our server every time we come in for breakfast. She is absolutely amazing and such a beautiful person. She is so caring and always asks us how we are doing. We don’t get to come to Denny’s very often as the town we live in, Salina KS, doesn’t have one. But every time we come back to Raytown Mrs. Annie remembers us and our drink selection. This visit we are in town due to the death of our sister and Mrs. Annie was so caring and offered her condolences. She handled us with great care and made sure we were as comfortable and supported as possible. Thank you Mrs. Annie for always goi
