I am from Sydney Australia and came to San Francisco for work, and this was the first time I ever had Five Guys - and wow was it worth the hype. Everything about it was perfect, the burger was delicious and juicy, the fries were to die for. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was very fast and the free refills are awesome. Haven't tried Five Guys in Australia yet, there are only 2 locations - I hope it is the same.

This is a good Five Guys location. It took 10 minutes for my food to come out. Excellent cashier and chef. This is what fast food should be, fast and accurate. My order was a bacon cheese burger $14, fries M $6.59 and a shake $6.39. The food tasted fine. They could have put in more mushrooms and onions though. I only found two small pieces of each. The patties were flavorful. However, the bun was not sturdy enough to hold the innards of the burger. As for the fries, they were way too salty. I had to wipe the salt off each fry to make them edible. Eating too much salt gives me stomach aches. Hi

Dixon was great! He fixed the Uber Eats error in no time. He really knows how to take charge and take care of the customer. He is a very hard worker and always moving around helping everyone. It looks like he is everywhere at the same time, making sure everything is running smoothly. He stays calm, focused, and professional even when things are busy. You can tell he cares about doing his job well and helping both the team and the customers. Employees like Dixon make a big difference in the workplace, and he truly deserves a raise for his dedication and effort.

“Great Food, A Bit Pricey” The burgers here are consistently delicious, and I love the variety of toppings you can add for no extra charge. Their Cajun fries are addictive! The only downside is the price—it can get expensive, especially for a burger, fries, and drink combo. But if you’re craving a quality burger, this is a solid choice.
