43 min wait time at counter for a Dr Pepper. It was sitting for at least 30 mins the ice melted. Every time I go in this McDonald’s I see at least 1 person screaming about their order. I saw a police officer once stuck in line in front of me for 30+ mins and he used sirens and lights to get out! If you see 5 cars in the drive thru expect to wait at least 30 minutes.

This McDonald's has some of the longest wait times that I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. It took twenty minutes for me to get a $6 McValue meal (with a missing sauce packet). They charge for you to get a packet of salt here. Their prices are actually higher here than at neighboring McDonald's in the area. It'd be quicker to drive to the Dinuba McDonald's, get your food there, and drive back to Reedley.

For the tenth time, we've given feedback to the staff that we know you're overcharging customers, but to no avail. We ordered a large hamburger, you charged for the large size but gave us the smallest one. How

It’s always hit or miss with the time it takes to get my order here. Even if I do the mobile app they seem to always be lagging behind. Also the food can sometimes not be the hottest as a result of all that. Would recommend you go somewhere else in town for fast food.
