I came right in at 12:30pm on a Saturday for a quick bite. I ordered on the kiosk which was pretty easy I ordered a nacho bell grande with black beans. Shaylene m called me over to inform me they had no black beans.... She offered me rice instead i said no she was nasty. Idc if it's 30 cents my money if I don't want something 🤷🏽‍♀️. She gave me a dirty look and refunded me then slammed me receipt on the counter!! I received my order and as you see 8bucks for this!!!

Spent $34 at what once used to be the cheapest fast food on earth... Just to get soggy broken cold tacos, smashed up Mexican pizza stuck to the box!! And a crunch wrap stuck to the paper and it looked like barf and all of it tasted like barf. The meat was old and over cooked.. it's not hard to work at taco bell...I know I worked there in High School! Everything is pre-made and u dump it out of bags and into containers to warm or chill.. pretty freaking easy! Pretty sad people don't give a shit anymore!

Was on a long drive for errands and insisted on Taco Bell as a rare treat for myself, with a bigger truck I couldn’t fit in the drive thru (not uncommon) and knocked on the store pick up window to see if I could place an order. With much attitude and laziness to spare a few team members maybe on break or off shift came to the window to tell me I had to go through the drive thru or place a Mobil order on the app. I explained if it wasn’t too much trouble I could place my order on the giant self service ipads and would run back outside and wait. Nope. Not allowed. I have to get the app and order

Worst possible experience ever at this place. Came in to use the restroom, was told by the shift manager (with condescending attitude) that restrooms are for customers only. Totally get it especially with homeless people around, but she didn't understand that I was going to go through the drive through. I asked employees to speak to the manager, "we don't have one right now". Really? Then received more attitude from the shift manager who didn't like that I was upset and vocally expressing my disgust with her treatment. Mind you I was not yelling at the employees or using any kind of curse word
