Terrible service. The server with the neck tattoos is probably the worst server i’ve ever met in my life. First of all we waited 20+ min for everything like chips, guac, salsa, drink refills, and bill. We were at the restaurant for almost 2 hours because of the slow service. I also downloaded the app for the free guac deal and showed him my email and everything but he still charged us $12 for guac. Managers should promote the bussers to waiters because they were a 1000 times more competent and fast than the waiters. I literally had to get up and ask for boxes from the kitchen at the end. How

We tried at this location for the first time, and this place is quite different from the restaurant in Rio. The taste is different, and the entries have smaller portions in comparison to Rio. Our server was friendly, but he kept on forgetting our orders and requests, so we have to ask him a few times for the things so the service can definitely improve. Overall, it is still good but in comparison can definitely improve the service.

This is a very unique experience! You can ask for fresh guacamole, and literally, a guacamole cart shows up, and you tell them how you like it, and they make it right in front of you! If that's not enough, the food is delicious in every way, I enjoyed so many different dishes that I couldn't dare to try the dessert. However, I did notice several others ordering a giant chocolate piñata which looked as fun to pop as it is to eat! Seriously though, in all my restaurants, nobody compares to the steak tacos! I felt like I was eating then for the first time they were so good! Would eat here alo
