Well… if you wanted a Charred Wrap Supreme go to this Taco Bell. I mean, it was flatter than could be and was low on every ingredient. The tortilla was so burnt that the lettuce itself was burnt as well. And it tasted like hard charred burnt tortilla with every bite I took. I also attached a pic from their official app as to what it SHOULD look like. Like I know it wouldn’t be spot on from the pic but like… maybe not burnt and flat? Wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered a single burrito. I was one of 3 customer in the store when I got there. It took me 45 minutes to get my order. The kitchen was a mess and I saw food dropped and picked up multiple times. By the time that I got my order, there was a line of 7 people who wanted to cancel their order because they had to wait 20 minutes or more but could not get anyone at the front register to refund the order. We were told that it was because the manager was focusing on the drive though. Only 2 orders made it to the front of house while I was there. I counted over 50 that went to the drive through. Th

Went through the drive through and ordered some soft tacos and other items. When we got home there were no sauces in the bag, we felt that we were bothering them, and when we got home the food was wet ask if they dunked it in water. This is not the first time we have received this bad of service from them and it’s disappointing that it has not changed.

I don’t eat Taco Bell often, but the few times I have buy food for some reason my order gets screwed up. Whether is missing food items, getting different meats, food item substitutions without letting me know, and in one instance getting someone else's food. I have only being inside the restaurant twice, so my review is only based on the drive thru service. One good thing to say though is that the drive thru service is fast, perhaps too fast to double check the orders are accurate.
