Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. We walked in and were immediately told the register wasn’t working and that we needed to go through the drive-thru. I politely asked if we could place the order inside and have my card run through the drive-thru register since we had arrived in separate cars and didn’t want to pile into one. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited the Dunkin’ at 6529 Penn Ave S in Richfield on April 28, 2026 around 12:13 p.m., and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a hot drink through the drive-thru, but it was made incorrectly twice. When I tried to politely address the issue, the manager came over and instead of helping resolve it, argued with us for several minutes and even said, “Why are you even complaining?” On top of that, I tried to use a free drink reward that was expiring that same day. I ordered a medium iced macchiato with French vanilla, but it tasted nothing like my usual drink. When I mentioned it, the guy with long hair and a young blonde woman were rude and told me to “take it or leave it.” After taking the drink back for 10 minutes, they returned the same drink without fixing it. Very poor customer service.

Paid for the bacon on the avocado toast, walked home only to find there was no bacon. It was on the receipt. They screw something simple up pretty much every time I go there. Now that more options have moved in I need to remember to never go here again
