I have enjoyed dions pizza for over 30 years , even being very high priced it was always worth it ..till now , the pizzas we brought home to enjoy tonight were toppings and bread , no sauce at all . I called the asst mngr and they remade my pizza but it was exactly the same . I called and told them I did not want another pizza just don't understand why the dont put sauce anymore . The assitant manager. Jared told me he checked himself and there was sauce in other words called me a lier. Sad to say but no more 50 dollar sauce less pizza for me.

Customer Service is the worst at this location ordered my pizza online went to go pick it up. The manager duty stated to me they lost my pizza. He said we’ll make you another one. Go park in front. I waited over 30 minutes. Had to go back inside and ask, where is my new Pizza he stated to me they forgot to market to bring it out to you. That is unacceptable. You need to train your staff better and I shouldn’t have to go back inside to retrieve my Pizza after you told me to park very unacceptable train your staff better and do a better job. Tonight (3/30/26) my family came to celebrate our 12 year olds bday. We thought something simple, something everyone liked and close to our house. Of course it was Dion’s. We arrived early to order our food. There were about 12 of us. We ordered 6 pizzas, 3 breads, a salad and two pitchers of drinks. When our cashier asked a manager how long the pizzas would take (we didn’t ask him to ask. He did so on his own) the manager had a bad attitude and told him to ask the cooks.
