I ordered from this place two times on door dash the last two days and every time I got my order they failed to give me my requested sides that I paid for, sour cream. They also failed to give me my corn muffins the last two days. Not to mention how frustrating this is that I wasted my money on something I did not get, door dash will not give me a refund so I am hoping who ever the owner is will see this and make it right. Whoever prepared my potato did a god awful job and it looks like they literally just threw stuff on it

The brisket was very dry, so dry in fact it was crumbling. The toast had a stale taste to it and wasn’t fresh at all. Let’s talk about the upcharge that they hit you with at checkout. I was charge an extra $1.00 for a 1 meat plate for the brisket and now their is also a Renew/Recycle Program Charge as well on the receipt that I have no idea what it is for. I have been coming here for years, and I have never had this happen like this before. I’m not sure if it’s under a new owner, but with all the places there are to spend your money this was not a good bang for the buck. Will consider elsewher

I've been coming to this Dickey's BBQ regularly, and the food is consistently so good that I finally decided it was time to leave a review. I stopped in on a Wednesday around 1:00 PM. The ribs were outstanding, literally falling off the bone, packed with flavor, meaty, and incredibly juicy. I also ordered the chopped brisket, and they gave a generous portion of quality meat. I usually get a side of BBQ sauce with the brisket for even more flavor. As for the staff, some employees could be a little friendlier and more personable, just a smile for a long way. That said, I want to give a big shout

On consecutive visits, my food has been wrong. If you order brisket chili cheese on top of anything, don’t expect to get any. I really enjoyed coming here for a while. It has slowly become more underwhelming with each visit.
