A Jewel in Spokane Valley! 😋 I have been to Dickie‘s Barbecue Pits in other locations and while I generally really loved it, they could be a bit hit or miss. I avoided this location because the reviews were lackluster. I finally tried it with my husband, who is extremely picky, and we were so pleasantly surprised. This is actually one of the best Dickies Barbecue Pits we have been to. They smoke their meat daily, all sides are made fresh daily, the help was cheerful, knowledgeable, and the dining area was clean as could be. If you’ve tried this place before and were not impressed, go try again! The new owner ship definitely shows! We went and the food was delicious. I had the 3 meats and all were juicy and delicious. I would however get all brisket next time because it was over the top amazing! The guy that served us gave it a a rib to try. He was the only one there because a coworker called out sick and he hustled to take care of us. We will be back

We decided on a whim to drive through and get some barbecue tonight and I'm so glad we did! The staff is amazing. Chevy in particular was so nice and made it just a wonderful experience. They even gave us a tiny pup cup for our two dogs in the backseat as we drove away. We will definitely be back

Alison and Remi were working the day I took my mom to lunch at this location. Remi immediately acknowledged us and engaged in casual conversation, very polite and respectful. Alison took our order, Remi informed us Brisket was available and highly recommended it. My mom ordered the Giant potato with brisket, she loved it and was happy with the portion of brisket she received. I ordered the 3 meat meal (brisket and double order of chicken) potato salad, Mac and cheese as my sides. Everything was great!
