We went to pick up our food from this place for the first time, and the lady at the window was incredibly rude to us. She started yelling that we should have stated the order name before pulling up to the window, however and I repeat it was our first time ordering online, so we didn't know we were supposed to give the name first. We didn't deserve to be treated that way over such a simple mistake. I hope you take our feedback into account and improve your service. This happened on June 29, 2026, at 1:00 AM.

I stopped by the Wendy’s drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and also added something else at the window. When we got to the window, the employee gave us a horrible attitude for no reason. It was completely unnecessary and made the whole experience unpleasant. We were polite and patient, but the way we were treated was rude and unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior because customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable just for placing an order.
