The service at this Jack in The Box is horrible. The employees are always rude and there is always something missing from your order, or the food is a huge disappointment. I went today with hopes that they wouldn’t mess up and sure enough my food was hard and cold! Disappointed once again! Save your money if you’re around the area. Go to the one in Roseville instead!

Every time I order here, I feel like the employees inside hate my guts. And mind you, I’m simply ordering out the menu with a smile. There is not only a lack of customer service, but it’s almost like they are angry that I’m choosing to order here. Eat here only if there is nothing else open.

had important plans i needed to be at instead I got stuck in the drive through for 42 mins. I was only behind 2 cars. just for our food to be cold. waste of my time and money.

I came here at around 2:30am after working a night shift. I was so hungry, and it was pretty much the only place open around that area. I got a double Jack, no tomato add bacon, and I have to say - it was one of the best take-out burgers I've ever had. It was fresh, hot and tasted absolutely delicious. This is now my regular late night, fast food joint.
