Pizza Hut knows they're wrong serving us hard cardboard bread sticks and zero marinera sauce on the pizza. We can't even break the top portion of the bread sticks. Never again.

I’ve been going to this location for the past 6 years and in recent months I have noticed a decline in quality. At first I thought maybe it’s a new dough recipe or a new employee getting their footing. So I gave it a chance to pan out (pun intended). Sadly, it is just disappointing and I’m still not quite sure what has happened. The pizza dough is stretched so thinly for a hand tossed pizza that it sticks to the pizza box, falling apart and making it inedible. The bottom crust is doughy and has no crisp, just sad and floppy. We ordered 3 large 1 topping pizzas. After eating a slice, my husband starts freaking out. A long piece of hair was baked inside the pizza. It was literally baked into the cheese. I’m assuming the cleanliness there is most likely in need of a health inspector. I get accidents happen, but why not wear a hair net or hair up when cooking someone’s food, that’s super disgusting. I tried to contact the store, only to never have them actually pick up the phone. So I never did get ahold of anyone.
