I paid for a large fry and this is what I got! The fires were cold and old. That is consistently a problem at this location. If you ask to receive your fries fresh, the workers have an attitude. If I’m paying for the fries, they should be fresh. They drop fries and let them sit there for a long time and they try to give them to you cold. They are always running out of something. This location should be closed down. I think the only reason they’re still around is because the college kids are keeping them open. They need completely new staff and new management! The customer service is terrible

Honestly, whoever was working today 2/28/2026 at 11:26 PM needs to be fired immediately. I paid $32 for my order to look like this? First of all you didn’t give me my avocado salsa packet that I paid for then you also didn’t even give me a full scoop of the guac that also looks very gray. You also made my crunch wrap with nothing in it like where is all the ingredients? This is honestly so disappointing. I ordered from this place on the taco bell app, eta for delivery was initially 7:17PM, my initial delivery driver waited at least 30 to 40 minutes and never got the food! Then they left and I got another driver who waited atleast another 30 minutes. After I waited over 2 hours they said the order was still being prepared...so I called doordash who is the company they use through their taco bell app and canceled the order. At the time of order on this Google page it said people wanted around 15 minutes, my timeframe initially was around 30 which is fair for delivery...but 2 hours with no end in
