I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I pulled up around 9:35 PM and no one answered at the speaker. I moved forward in line behind three cars and waited about 40 minutes. It appeared there was only one young lady handling the drive-through, and she seemed extremely stressed trying to manage everything on her own. I placed my order online while waiting. By the time I reached the window, a young gentleman had taken over and was very apologetic, which I appreciated. However, when I received my order, it was incomplete, extremely greasy, and the bag was soaked and falling apart

I love Jack in the box but have had spotty service in the rosenberg/Richmond area. NOT AT THIS LOCATION! The guy who was working the drive thru today at 5:30pm did a great job. He was attentive and didn't miss any of our items. I will definitely be coming to this location the next time I crave Jack in the box. Keep up the great job guys.

EDIT: So the speaker box ISNT broken. As I was pulling up to the window, the white truck wasn’t there, so that was the sign that no one attended him. I heard someone through the box as I was leaving and when I got to the window, a guy rushed to the window and signaled me to go with him, but I rather not. I took off and left. I’m not returning to this location again. Management or the owner needs to do better hiring more people at night. I do not blame the employee, I blame management. This is clearly poor time management. This location always takes FOREVER to get to customers in the drive thr
