Never had an issue until today when some girl at the window with glasses and an attitude kept screwing up my order. She charged me for something that wasn't even available. And when I told her about it she didn't even apologize or offer a refund. Like that wasn't bad enough, they gave me my frosties and then took 10 minutes to make my order. These damn frosties are liquid now. And they didn't give me a receipt.

I haven't had a bad experience here in the past, but tonight was not great. The workers were standing around, talking with each other while there was a line of people in the drive thru. The cashier who took our order sounded irritated that we were in there. When we got our food, there was so much bun and almost no patty.

Ordered 4 meals and a cheeseburger in drive thru at around 10:10pm and was told that there would be a sit. I was fine with waiting no big deal. Then I drive home and I’m missing my cheeseburger. When I called the store someone got tired of it ringing so they answered and hung up. Horrible customer service even for fast food now days.
