This was my first time here! I had fries and a chocolate Frosty - everything was really good. It was funny how they wrote a name as “Demi” instead of “Amy,” which actually made it even more amusing. The place is spacious with lots of tables and chairs, and some high stools by the window with a nice view. The staff work quickly and are absolutely the best. Thank you so much!

Maybe the worst order of fries I’ve ever received from an establishment. Completely unacceptable, I wouldn’t even give these to my dogs. I’ve lived down the street from this restaurant for years and it’s sad to see the quality decline over time. The A.I. menu is also unnecessary. Please do better.

Horrible experience! First off I walk into the establishment and they shoo me away because apparently they were supposed to be locked. How I was I supposed to know that they were locked. So then I go through the drive-thru, I ordered the minions meal, and then an AI voice continues to mess up my order. They forgot my ranch in my bag, and they didnt even mix my frostie correctly, 1 star is so deserved never coming back. Goodbye Wendys✌️See you 👎… never.

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. My order was completely wrong, and instead of fixing it politely, the staff acted rude and annoyed. The employee named Yoselin seemed very confused using the system and kept holding up the line while making mistakes. And then another guy came up after Yoselin left and told us to leave since we are holding up the line. Nobody apologized, and the customer service was honestly embarrassing. I understand places get busy, but being disrespectful to customers and not knowing how to handle orders is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back!!
