Employee at the window handed my card back without even looking at me. They gave me more nuggets than I asked for, but it was a mix of regular and spicy after I asked for regular only. The fries had spilled all over the bag. Both the nuggets and the fries had an aftertaste that I have never noticed before, like someone had sprayed a cleaner too close to the food. I haven't been to Wendy's in a while due to the decline in food quality, and I likely won't ever eat at one again unless I'm desperate. It's no wonder the parking lot was empty. Hope I don't get food poisoning from what I ate.

This was the best Wendy's I've been to. The service was great--friendly, personable, and efficient. The fries were hot and fresh, as was my burger. Great job!

Edit. Terrell location for clarity. Went through the drive through. Ordered a number 6 w/ a cheese/bacon baked potato instead of fries and an unsweet tea. Hubby got just a burger. Gave us the drink, waited (not terribly long for the food) tasted the tea and It had that bitter taste of mold, when tea starts to turn. The lady (maybe in her forties or fifties at the window, I tried to tell her the tea was bad and she just seemed like she was having a bad day or didn't want to put up with us. She was like "it's made in the machine" okay,.well change the tea out and remake it, was my thought but

Went there not even 10 minutes ago ordered chillie and 6 dollar biggie bag. I live 2 min down the street, got home and the fries were so old I couldn’t chew them. I called the store back at 10:28pm to let them know the fries were stale and cold. The lady got rude and told me they just dropped them, I told her the ones I had were not. She hung up on me. Wow!
