New low: we ordered carry out. When I got home, starving, we notice that they forgot the fries - the only thing my kid cares about. No problem, I call, they offer to refund, but I tell them I am cool with coming back. The picture is the "Large fry" that we paid $8.49 for.

We go to bdubs a lot, and this was literally our worst experience. We had our family of 5 and my parents, on separate checks. This location has a printed paper sign/policy for 18% added for parties of 6 or more… well our waitress certainly knew that. From the moment she greeted us, until the very end, her attitude was terrible. Everything took the longest we ever had, and the place was not near even half capacity. The food was fine, but the service and atmosphere were embarrassingly bad. You can check my review history as well, I’m not a complainer. I tried to get the attention of the manager

What a scam. I ordered the boneless wings BOGO deal on Thursday and what I got was laughable. The “wings” were so tiny they were barely bigger than a quarter (see pics). This wasn’t a deal — it was a rip-off. Basically felt like I paid full price for one sad order. Even a child could’ve finished this in minutes. Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed for passing this off as food. Tired of businesses nickel-and-diming customers like this. Absolute waste of money.
