My husband and I went to Fiorentini for our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing. Our waiter Eris was very nice and helpful with suggesting different appetizers and entrees. He especially helped us to decide between a few different dishes. My husband ordered the beef cheek, which came out perfect and I had to order the housemade cavatelli pasta with boar meat. After our entrees came out another waiter named Ronald came to see how our dining experience was going. I recognized his name from the many glowing reviews I previously read before coming

I love it. It’s my favorite restaurant. I drive 45 minutes every month just to come here. I love the atmosphere and the variety on the menu. The service and attention are excellent—especially from the waiter, Ronald. It’s my number one spot in New Jersey. My favorite dish is risotto.

My husband and I dined at Fiorentini for a night out. The food we ate was the closest in quality to food we still dream about from Rome. I ordered the tonno tonnato, thin slices of raw tuna with tonnato mousse and crispy capers. I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors and textures and it was a nice way to start the meal. For my entree I ordered the honeynut squash capaletti, which was perfectly balanced. The pasta was paper thin, the squash filling was sweet, and the Gouda and soprasetta accompaniments were perfect together. I ended the meal with an apple dessert, very artistically presented, as well
