I've used the drive-through at this McDonald's multiple times over the last several years. Over last few weeks I have stopped for a Filet'o'Fish sandwich and have been extremely impressed with the service. One time I added an iced coffee to my order. They asked if I wanted that with caramel flavor. I agreed, and they added just enough to make the coffee slightly sweet and, in my opinion, perfect. Yesterday, I had to wait for my special order sandwich and within five minutes the server arrived outside, confirmed my order (which again met my wishes) and offered a tray of every condiment and othe

I ordered 2 Hot Fudge Sundaes tonight and they only about 2/3 full. I asked the person at the window why they weren't filled and he said the Manager told them they could only fill to below the top of cup, not into lid. I'm 59 and have bought these for a very long time. Never once has this happened to me before. They still charged the full price though! I think they need a new manager.

Currently sitting in the drive through while I type this I have time since it’s been literally an hour waiting in line for my food What part of this is fast food and why is it taking this long? Why is this acceptable?? I’ve tried multiple times thinking maybe they were having an off day but no it’s not just an “off day” the entire staff as a whole needs to be replaced And I don’t care for the regurgitated response you guys give on every bad review. Do something about it, fix the issue.

Just got back from McDonald's with a happy meal for my daughter and the happy meal had an empty box where the fries were suppose to be! And then the large fries were halfway filled! Usually I check the order before I leave but the one time I didnt this happens! So sad that this happened!
