A chain/location that obviously lost the burger wars but hasn't permanently closed yet and admitted it.. Were to start!? It has been years since I've been to a Jack in Box mainly due to access. It was totally dead inside and drive through. Except for the 3 Uber drivers. We waited at the counter for about 8 minutes when we discovered the screen that let us create our own order. That was pretty nice. 5 minutes later the cashier asked for our receipt and proceeded to re-enter the order from the print out. So yesterday was National French Fry day and they were offering free fries with any order on the app. That is honestly the only reason we went to JIB. Although JIB has been my favorite fast food restaurant since I was a kid, the last few years, the Salem JIB’s have been absolutely terrible. With the one in NE Salem being the absolute worst. Anyway, we ordered their new mini chimi bang bangs, tacos, 2 snack wraps (one classic and one spicy), and a free large curly fry. Once again, the only reason we ate there. We get back home to West Salem and they forgot to give us our fries!!! First the go

Haven't been to Jack in the box in over 5 years, hasn't changed but the prices sure have. Prices very high for me to have to not talk with a real person to make an order. Sandwich was very good though. But no napkins in the bag

Apparently no one here likes to answer a damn phone and when they do they like to hang up on you. They won’t give DoorDash your exact order! I am missing my large Dr Pepper, my supeise cup, and my pin! I have called 10 times and only once some chick answered then hung up the moment I asked about my order. I guess none of them need a job, or appreciate their guests!
