Always out of something Good luck getting fast service at night. Employees are in and out of the restaurant on smoke breaks and could care less. I’ve come before with a drive up order and waited 35 minutes for a mcchicken, large fries , and nuggets. Today I Came for cookies. There weren’t any made so they told me sorry no cookies rn . I said .. okay ? How lot of a wait for them ? I only came for cookies . They repeated “there are none made” which wasn’t my question. I had to ask if they are just out of stock period or they just need to make them . They said it would take 10 minutes . Like I

It's 1:54 Am Friday January 23 2026 Me and my girlfriend came to the West Salem McDonald's and to start off we have never had such terrible and extremely backed up slow customer service and rude young manager and young girl We were in the drive-thru waiting for 45 minutes to get our order I asked the manager for his name 3 times to be ignored by his apart from waiting forever They made my order wrong and He Refused to Fix it. I will never come to this McDonald's ever again until they hire more qualified people! There customer service is shit. I've never had a problem with any other McDonald's

I just waited two hours for an order with no contact. Ended having to cancel my order after waiting an insane amount of time. You guys shouldn't even be open. And you should pay me for my wait time. Id have better luck finding a squirrel for dinner. 0/10

The fries were fresh and hot but the girl that took my order the fake eyelashes and the fake jewels on her pants. Had the worst attitude I've had at a fast food place. Maybe ever. Just flat rude! I never leave a bad review but like damn! If I ever see that girl at the counter again I'm leaving.
