Inedible rock hard nuggets. Two whole orders. The nacho fries were also crappy and little and burnt. But the nuggets were inedible. So sad for such a good menu item normally. This restaurant should be embarrassed at this low of quality.

I’ve been to Taco Bell across 4–5 states and lived in a few places, so I know what to expect but this location was genuinely one of the worst experiences . The food quality was unacceptable. The nuggets were hard like rocks, not even close to what you’d expect. I also ordered a chicken taco for my friend, and they gave beef instead which is a serious issue considering he has religious dietary restrictions. That kind of mistake is not small. On top of that, I paid for a large order, but what I got felt completely off small portion fries, barely 10–11 pieces. It didn’t match what I was charged

no ice in both drinks, and i ordered soft tacos got hard, and then no mild sauce after they asked if i wanted any sauce. this isn’t the first time this location has done this. y’all need to get it together PLEASE!

This place is great! We made a quick stop just before 10 at night on our way back home, had been on the road for about 10 hours and still had a bit left to arrive home, so we decided to stop and eat… Despite the time it was, they were very friendly, especially Kacie, who so kindly exchanged a couple of tacos that were mixed and done differently than ordered, but she went above and beyond because she gave us some extra few things in a way of apology, which she didn’t have to but that was super nice of her!
