My review is strickly based off the food,, Got the western chicken sandwich, and it was terrible. The service and employees were great. But damn, carls is failing so hard on quality and taste. Flavorless chicken drowned in sauce while being Ridiculously over priced . Bacon so thin its lost in the sandwich . Carls is doomed

We went to the drive thru since it was too late to go in, the employee seem a bit aggravated when I was trying to place our order. Common questions that as an employee should know. Very rude and unknowledgeable about the items that I was trying to order that night. He didn't apologize for not knowing answers to my questions. We ended up going to another fast food place down the street.

The burger was literally thrown together, and I can taste fish like they were doing something with fish before they made my sandwich I’ve tried calling the restaurant multiple times and no one’s answering

Came in today on Christmas Eve. Tried ordering deals with my app. They informed me they didn’t have any deals today. Informed them that it doesn’t say anything on the app that I can’t claim and denied me. They should honored it. Just upcharging me.
