I've been to the San Jacinto location 3 times in 1 month. Ordered twice on app and once at the counter. Burgers are always cooked great BUT it's like they pay no attention to making French fries. My burgers have been ready, and all 3 times I've had to remind them I'm waiting for fries, then ooopps...they go to the freezer and put them in. By that time, your lettuce is getting soggy under the lamps. I've seen 3 people at all times standing around and no one wants to take responsibility for the fries. Went inside restaurant for a Bacon Biscuit and French Toast during my break. The restaurant was completely empty. For some reason my order was not completed after about 20 minutes. To the point that I had to ask for my money back to head back to work. I did notice they were only focus on the drive thru orders. Drive thru order place after mind were completed before mind. When I asked for my money back I was asked to wait a few more minutes, even do I could see my simple bacon biscuit had not been started. Glad the food quality has returned for this location. Burgers are always good, onion rings tend to be way over cooked. Don't make the mistake of doing drive thru for pick up orders. Got stuck in a long wait (over 15 minutes) on last pick up, food did suffer.
