I went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 DOUBLE Quarter Pounders, but the employee rang them up as single patties instead. When I pulled up to pay, no receipt was provided. After getting home, I noticed we were missing fries, so I returned to the store and spoke with the manager. The manager addressed the issue, but while the food was being corrected, the crew was laughing and horse-playing while bagging the order, which felt unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but accuracy and professionalism are important. The behavior from the crew during this shift needs improvement

Was turned away after being in line for breakfast, it was 2 minutes after 10:30 by the time I got to the register and in the MOST RUDE way was practically scolded being told that they stopped serving at 10:30. And make things worse when I spoke to the young lady that I was told was the manager in charge, she was quite clear in saying that breakfast was stopped at 10:30, in the most rude way, I nor my family will ever go back to that location.

Burger patty was very oily and so was the bread, fries were clearly thrown into the bag, they should consider hiring people with actual experience and skills instead of teenagers that just want a paycheck
