The food isn't exactly good in the first place and this location also doesn't do free refills. Why would you ever go here when you could go to literally any other restaurant and get a better experience?

I am a Dasher. And why is their service so terrible? It seems they operate under the assumption that if someone places an order, they aren't going to tip. I have no idea where their owner is—are they asleep? They even ignore the customers. And they don't even spare a glance at DoorDash orders! If a Dasher arrives, they completely ignore him for 15 minutes, leaving him standing there.👎

I need just some hot coffee this time and for this cold and rain day in San Mateo. This McDonald’s is a big stand alone with a big parking lot also they are always busy.
