Customers are no longer allowed to order at the counter, they're sent to order at two tablets at the store, there's been a gradual reduction in customers. Taco bell has made a big mistake in instituting their new policy, not allowing customers order at the counter, it's not fairing well with the Latin community, since the older Latino generation aren't familiar using a tablet, it's very confusing to place an order, especially during lunch hour, long line waiting to order through the two tablets on the premises, there's a slight similarity to AB 'Budlight Fiasco, having trouble regaining their

The staff is very friendly but they short sold me on my single purchase. They forgot my extra cheese and chicken, and ran out of beans and didn’t let me know. I’m still hungry after spending $10 on a power bowl full of basically lettuce.

Best Taco Bell in the United States of America and Mexico. They did not back down they made my Crunchy Taco Supreme with extra Jalapeños peppers, more extra Jalapeños, extra 3 Cheese Blend, more 3 Cheese blend, Guacamole, with more extra Guacamole, they sprinkled some Fritos with extra Fritos, they got that fiery Red Strips, they remembered my high protein diet so they added more seasoned beef, I need my veggies so they diced some extra tomatoes, extra lettuce and because they know I love cheese they put extra 3 cheese blend on this bad boy my own mother couldn’t do it better.
