Sam was the best! I called for my Uber Eats delivery to ask for some changes to my burger and she made sure it was done and even suggested and added more sauces to the order. With McDonalds nickel and dimeing for every sauce this felt like a nice return to a time where you could do the unthinkable: ask for extra sauce for free

Food took about 25 minutes just to be the wrong food, not what we ordered. Food was missing ingredients that we paid extra for. Staff was not well trained with the products, they were obviously understaffed, the cashier was hard to understand.

I rarely complain and especially a place I often eat at but after a 12 hour day at work I hoped I'd get my usual good service and good food. Not the case this time I ordered my combo large and my fries were not even enough to fill a small fry. I thought maybe they all fell out in the bag-no! If you look at the grease on the fry carton it doesn't even come half way up. We were extra kind to the staff so don't know what went wrong. On the plus side the fries,what little there was were fresh and hot. Couldn't go back couldn't anyone on the phone-maybe short staffed now I am making excuses oh wel
