I used the drive-through this morning at the Sandy Chick Fil-A for breakfast. Although it was a little bit slower than I'm used to at CFA, they still got me through pretty quickly. Drive-through folks were as courteous as ever. Drive-through area was spotless. I admire CFA so very much. You can ALWAYS count of them for amazing speed, quality products, and VERY friendly staff. BRAVO again!

Bummed to have to write this but terrible experience at this location. Long story short, they gave me the wrong order twice in the drive-through. After the second time I parked and walked in the restaurant so they could get it right. The young man who helped me was very rude, gave no apology, and sheepishly handed me my bag when they finally got me the right order. I have no illusions of bringing down big chicken. I had many great experiences at this location. Today was just extra bad.

Got food with friends last week and had a bug in my food, tried calling the store many times to get this resolved but they turned the phone off or something cuz it was going straight to voicemail, my friend left a voicemail the same night and still no response to this, poor customer service on their end, it should not take a full week to get an issue resolved smh
