I love Dutch bros. Anytime I want coffee and I’m visiting where there’s one, that’s where I go. But the service at this one in particular was mediocre. When I first pulled up, I look at the menu first and then pull up further looking for the outside barista to take my order. Skips me all together, and to the next person. There was someone else that came out with an order. Asked if we had been helped yet. Once we finally get our order taken. “Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t know what order we were going in” the outside barista says. I tell her my order. No charge, she says since she skipped me. I go t

We were in line today to order coffees and we were on the phone finding out a dear friend of our had passed away this morning. The barista was so kind she apologized for our loss and she said these coffee's are on us. We want to thank Dutch Brothers and every employee that was working today for their kindness. You went on and beyond today and made our day a little brighter. Thank you for your kindness it does make a huge difference in the lives of people.

We went on our way to a birthday party. The birthday girl wanted Dutch Bros, so we made a stop. Glad we did, because we placed the order, the employee asked if we were doing anything fun that night. We announced the birthday party, and boom, no charge for the birthday drink, they even put it in a birthday cup. That was unexpected, but very much appreciated.

Every single "secret menu" item tastes the same. I have tried different ones the last few weeks and they are ALL the same tasteless drink, its just a plain latte but you pay for and expect the fun speciality one you order. I don't think the location see's the right order from the app? I'm so sad, I've wasted so much money. Not going back.
