This place is chaos. People running around and back looking like they don’t have an idea what they’re supposed to be working on. Customers waiting in line for a long time. Uncleared dirty tables. The cashier apologized that they are understaffed but honestly, this is my experience every time I come here. I’d really like to eat at Panera, but I don’t have 45 minutes to wait for a sandwich.

This location is adjacent to an apartment complex. Stopped by here on our way back from Monterey for something quick and easy. Service was fine and is pretty similar to other Panera locations. Got their seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad which was pretty good. Simple with a lot of fruits! Also grabbed a Chicken Sandwich. Simple also and hit the spot. We also got a side of their Mac and Cheese. It was simple also, but paired well as a side for the sandwich.

This place is awful.. it's Sunday 12:45 and there are no breads displayed only half the pastries are available. Never any hot water ready (its winter), the honey is usually out and I have to ask for it most times. Don't let me tell you about the lack of up keep. Oh and the bathroom.. gross. Now they changed the teas and they are not good
