Avoid this Panera like the plague until the reviews start looking better. I went in and ordered my food with the kiosk so I cant say much about the service, except my meal was ready fast and they handed it to me with a kind friendly attitude, awesome! This whole experience went 180 when I walked in to the restroom, disgusting! The urinal was bagged off and out of order, so I went to use the stall, there was urine all over the floor and seat, and paper towels were over flowing out the trash can, after leaving the restroom my shoes were sticking to the floor throughout the restaurant. Ok, I’m definitely NOT a mainstream sort. I hadn’t been here for a long time,so was not prepared for the exceedingly confusing and chaotic wall menu. We were then directed to the online screen where we could view the food options and pay. This was also chaotic. Food was not delivered to table, we had to be notified by text to come’n get it. We chose this place in the hopes of getting something healthy. Well, my chicken salad with strawberries stuffed sandwich was so sweet, someone could go into insulin shock! I tasted my friend’s tomato soup and it also was sweeter than any tomato I ever had.

Ordered soup and waited 20 minutes, It was cold when I got it, took it back to the counter and the staff looked at me like, how dare I, I said can you please heat my soup up, it taste like it just came out of the fridge. I understand you are doing great door.dash business but remember The customers that are physically in your resturaunt
