They need to shut this restaurant down quickly. Here's what you get when you order a meal with no mayonnaise and french fries, nevermind the fact that they're refrigerator cold. They should not be in the business of food service this is deplorable.

We really enjoy Wendy's, but unfortunately, our recent experience at this location wasn't great. The customer service was pretty disappointing—most of the staff seemed to struggle with English, which made it tough to get our order taken properly. We also forgot our key tags and called ahead to check if that would be okay since we drove three hours just to visit. The woman we spoke with on the phone assured us it wouldn't be a problem, especially since we called ahead. This location consistently sucks I live nearby and they never have regular coke or chocolate frosty and that's pretty much all I go to Wendy's for. They haven't had either for months I live nearby and only go to the Wendy's in Culver City because they actually have chocolate frosties and regular coke consistently like a real location should. Highly disappointing worst Wendy's location of all time how do they consistently never have two of the most basic things offered on their menu unbelievably bad 👎🏻
