Did I get lucky ? Maybe, But my food was absolutely amazing. And so was my partners. Service could’ve been a little bit better, dude that was servicing us was a little “straight forward” is what I would say. Kinda felt pressured to order like he needed to leave although they didn’t close for 2 hours, anyways. Food was amazing, it’s the main reason why I’m giving this BWW 5 stars. From what the reviews are showing, this place is very hit or miss, my time hit so i’m not complaining.

There is a guy with curly hair who always forgets something every time I visit this restaurant, whether it’s part of the food order or he doesn’t take the orders correctly. Another issue is the wait time—they always take a long time to take the order and to bring out the food. Maybe they should improve those things. Overall, the food is good

Placed a pickup order and the food seemed like it was sitting there all day. One burger was supposed to have no pickles and the other was no tomatoes, both were still on the burgers. The cheese, lettuce and mayo on my burger looked like it was 2 days old, it was stuck and nasty. I didn’t even eat the burger. A side of fries was missing and the drinks tasted so watered down. The boneless wings were barely sauced and not fresh. I would expect to get fresh hot food when I place an online order but it seems like this location cannot provide that.
