Horrible customer service! I ordered the tenders and asked for a refund since I paid $18 and this is what they gave me. They all watched me wait at the window and thought I was going to drive off with this .. lady at the drive up said they don’t do refunds. Instead gave me a breast to replace the tenders…. $18 for this yikes

Its my own fault I keep going back. Twice I've walked out without my food because it took longer than my 20+ minute bus wait for them to make two of the smallest items on the menu. When I do get my food, its usually wrong. Don't be like me. Don't go here.

I waited for months to be able to afford a Tuesday $10 bucket. I am on disability and im in college. I've been fasting for prayer, and decided to finally eat some meat. BEFORE I PAID I was told that it would be a while. I left and came back to have another worker inform me they have NO CHICKEN. I could see the guy making chicken in the back. Instead of entertaining the idea, I asked for a refund. They told me they don't give refunds and I'd have to get something else. I ordered a four piece extra crispy meal with side of mash potatoes and a Diet Pepsi with NO ICE . I got a three piece NOT extra crispy and the mash potatoes- well I could patch holes in my walls with these paste potatoes and of coarse my drink had Ice in it, to top everything off . Plus it seems every time I go there , the prices go up up and up … But I will say the young lady working the drive thru was really friendly and kind and most likely, WAY underpaid . 4/30/26, 12:00 pm
